We process all wild and domestic animals custom to your needs. Vacuum packing, paper wrapping, smoking, curing, sausage, and bratwurst making. Mobile slaughter service available.

Our award-winning tri-tip sandwich features house-smoked tri-tip piled on a sourdough roll coated in garlic butter and toasted on the griddle, topped with barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese. Winner of the People's Choice Award at the Beef N Brew.
