Tri-Tip Fridays
Our award-winning tri-tip sandwich is a Red Bluff favorite. We smoke our tri-tip in house, then pile it on a sourdough roll coated in garlic butter and toasted on the griddle, finished with barbecue sauce and melted cheddar cheese. Each hot sandwich comes with about seven ounces of meat.
Arrive early — they go fast! Wait times on Tri-Tip Friday can exceed an hour, so we recommend calling ahead to place your order.
