Custom Cut & Wrap
We cut steaks, roasts, chops, and ribs to your preferred thickness. Choose vacuum packing or traditional paper wrapping — all labeled and organized for your freezer.
Smoking & Curing
We smoke and cure meats in-house using traditional methods. Bacon, ham, jerky, and more — all slow-smoked for deep, rich flavor.
Sausage & Bratwurst
Our house-made sausage and bratwurst recipes are local favorites. We can also make custom sausage blends from your meat using your favorite seasonings.
Ground Meat
We grind to your specifications — ground beef, pork, or custom blends. Choose your lean-to-fat ratio and we'll grind and package it fresh.
Vacuum Packing
Extend the freezer life of your meats with our vacuum-sealed packaging. Keeps meat fresh longer and prevents freezer burn.
Jerky
We make beef jerky from your meat or ours. Multiple flavors and seasonings available. A great way to use trimmings and less popular cuts.
